Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order.

Processing

We place your order with our fulfilment partner within 1-3 business days of payment.

Delivery time

Panels ship from our partners' warehouses, and delivery times vary by product and destination. If you need your panels by a particular date, contact us before you order and we will tell you whether that is possible.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Orders that arrive in more than one parcel

Larger orders may be split into several parcels that arrive on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Lost or late parcels

If your parcel seems delayed or its tracking stops updating, contact us with your order number. We will trace it with the carrier and, if it cannot be found, send a replacement or a full refund.
