30-day guarantee
If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will put it right.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Send us a photo of the problem and your order number. We will send a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to return the faulty item.
Changed your mind
Unused panels in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once the return arrives we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Items that cannot be returned
Panels that have been stuck to a wall or cut to size, unless they were faulty on arrival.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge until your order has been shipped. After shipping, the returns terms above apply.
